115-1學期志工服務團隊特殊訓教育訓練經費補助申請

為落實本校培育具慈濟人文服務精神之專業人才教育目標，推動本校教職員生積極參與社會志願活動以培養服務利他風氣，並鼓勵校內師生自組服務團隊，協助志工團隊完成基礎訓練及特殊教育訓練取得志願服務紀錄冊，辦理特殊訓完訓後，團隊成員未持有志願服務紀錄冊之學生，須完成志願服務手冊申請。特辦理115-1學期志工服務團隊申請特殊訓補助，申請說明如下：

壹、申請期限：依公告日起至115年9月29日止
貳、申請對象及方式
一、申請對象：本校志工團隊。
二、申請方式：為整合本校志願服務相關資訊，校內各志願服務團隊得填具志願服務團隊申請表（如附件）。
三、補助項目：補助辦理特殊教育訓練講師鐘點費及講師交通費。
四、配合事項：
 申請經費補助團隊須於校內公告課程及開放校務系統研討活動報名，開放讓校內師生參加。
 完成相關基礎、特殊訓練，將核發志願服務手冊。
 各志工服務服務團隊開始志工服務後，可提供相關佐證資料，並由服務學習組協助登錄志工服務時數。

To fulfill the university's educational objective of cultivating professionals imbued with the spirit of Tzu Chi's humanistic service, and to foster a culture of service and altruism among faculty, staff, and students by encouraging active participation in social volunteer activities, the university supports the formation of volunteer service teams by its members. These teams are encouraged to complete foundational and specialized training to obtain a Volunteer Service Record Book. For students who have not yet received this record book after completing specialized training, it is mandatory to apply for the Volunteer Service Handbook.

In this regard, the university is offering a subsidy for the Specialized Training of Volunteer Service Teams for the 115-1 semester. The application guidelines are as follows:

**I. Application Period:**
From the date of this announcement until September 29, 115.

**II. Application Eligibility and Method:**
1. **Eligibility:** All volunteer teams within the university.
2. **Method:** To consolidate relevant volunteer service information, all volunteer service teams are required to complete the Volunteer Service Team Application Form (see attachment).
3. **Subsidy Items:** The subsidy covers the honorarium for specialized training lecturers and their travel expenses.
4. **Cooperative Matters:**
- Teams applying for financial assistance must announce the course and open registration for it via the university's administrative system, allowing all faculty and students to participate.
- Upon completion of the foundational and specialized training, the Volunteer Service Handbook will be issued.
- After commencing volunteer services, each team may submit supporting documents, and the Service Learning Section will assist in recording the volunteer service hours.
