教資中心於10月23日(五)辦理教師增能活動「從情緒到教學：SEL融入課程設計」，歡迎教師踴躍報名參加~

為提升教師自我覺察與專業韌性：協助教師掌握情緒調節與壓力管理策略，促進正向教學心態。增進教師課程設計能力：引導教師將SEL原則融入課程內容與教學策略，創造支持性學習環境。促進跨領域應用與專業社群發展：鼓勵不同學科教師共享教學經驗，發展具SEL元素之創新課程，強化教學協作與跨域整合。

To enhance teachers i self-awareness and professional resilience: Assist teachers in mastering emotion regulation and stress management strategies to foster a positive teaching mindset.
To improve teachers i curriculum design capabilities: Guide teachers to integrate SEL principles into course content and teaching strategies, creating a supportive learning environment.
To promote interdisciplinary application and professional community development: Encourage teachers from different disciplines to share teaching experiences, develop innovative courses with SEL elements, and strengthen teaching collaboration and interdisciplinary integration.
