Do you experience persistent soreness in your neck, shoulders, back, or legs due to prolonged sitting at a desk, standing during lectures, or occasional heavy lifting? Following the overwhelming success of last year is session, our physical therapist has been invited back for another special seminar!

This session aims to help you understand the causes of musculoskeletal injuries. In addition to theoretical insights, you will learn practical techniques for "Quick Office Stretches" and "Deep Relaxation at Home," empowering you to master self-care methods and bid farewell to physical discomfort.

Seminar Highlights:
- Deciphering the causes of musculoskeletal injuries resulting from prolonged sitting, standing, and lifting.
- Workplace Micro-breaks: 2-minute quick stretching techniques for stress relief.
- Home Self-Care: Deep relaxation techniques after work to thoroughly release accumulated fatigue.
- Establishing correct posture and autonomous management to prevent repetitive strain injuries.
