代公告:教育部檢送「115學年度高等教育媒體素養課程發展計畫媒體素養種子教師研習工作坊（北區場次）」資料，鼓勵教師踴躍參與~

一、本部107年12月3日臺教技(三)字第1070211712號函及108年1月7日臺教高(二)字第1070222450號函(諒達)，請各校發展媒體素養相關新興議題教學資源及開設相關課程內容，各校推動成果將納入大專校院高等教育深耕計畫成果檢視。
二、配合本部「推動媒體素養教育行動方案」，115學年度委託銘傳大學辦理「高等教育媒體素養課程發展計畫」，旨揭種子教師培訓工作坊，以全國高等教育現場教師為對象，聚焦於人工智慧發展脈絡下，使用者與創作者所面臨之媒體素養挑戰及相關法律議題，並邀請教師分享媒體素養課程教材之開發與教學實踐，做為未來推動大專校院高等教育媒體素養之基礎。
三、工作坊相關資訊如下：
(一)時間及地點：
1、時間：115年11月13日（星期五）上午10點至下午4點10分。
2、地點：銘傳大學基河校區6樓會議室。
(二)工作坊採網路報名，即日起至115年11月9日(星期一)下午1時截止，請至網址(https:／／forms.gle/kaAsf8rz5XdEM7E38)填寫報名表，若有相關問題請洽媒體素養辦公室巫小姐（02-28824564轉2419）。
四、檢送議程及海報各1份，請鼓勵教師踴躍參與，並給予參加教師研習時數。

1. Pursuant to the official letters issued by the Ministry of Education, namely No. 1070211712 dated December 3, 2018, and No. 1070222450 dated January 7, 2019 (acknowledged), all universities and colleges are requested to develop teaching resources and curriculum content regarding emerging issues in media literacy. The progress of these initiatives will be incorporated into the performance evaluation of the Higher Education Deepening Project.

2. In alignment with the Ministry of Education's "Action Plan for Promoting Media Literacy Education," Ming Chuan University has been commissioned to implement the "Higher Education Media Literacy Curriculum Development Project" for the 2026-2027 academic year. This Seed Teacher Training Workshop is designed for higher education faculty nationwide, focusing on the media literacy challenges and legal issues faced by users and creators within the context of artificial intelligence development. Furthermore, the workshop invites educators to share their experiences in curriculum development and teaching practices to establish a foundation for the future promotion of media literacy in higher education.

3. The details of the workshop are as follows:

1. Time: Friday, November 13, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:10 PM.
2. Venue: Conference Room, 6th Floor, Jihe Campus, Ming Chuan University.
