說明：
一、依據「專科以上學校產學合作實施辦法」第6條規定，大專校院辦理校外實習課程，應就實務學習內容專業性、學生實習權益及實習場所安全性，建立評估機制，並派員至實習機構現場評估後，作成紀錄，以落實實習場域安全監管，提升學生實習安全。
二、考量大專校院系科對應產業類別領域廣泛，為利學校辦理實習合作機構之安全性評估，本部研訂旨揭檢核表，可供各校作為實習場域安全評估之參考文件或契約附件。

Subject: Guidelines for the Safety Assessment of Off-Campus Internship Sites

1. Pursuant to Article 6 of the "Regulations for the Implementation of Industry-University Cooperation in Colleges and Universities" when higher education institutions conduct off-campus internship courses, an evaluation mechanism must be established to assess the professional nature of the practical learning content, the rights and interests of the students, and the safety of the internship site. Furthermore, designated personnel shall be dispatched to the internship institutions for on-site evaluations and shall maintain detailed records to ensure the effective supervision of internship site safety and to enhance the overall safety of students during their internships.

2. Considering the wide range of industrial sectors corresponding to the various departments and programs of higher education institutions, the Ministry of Education has developed the aforementioned checklist to facilitate the safety assessment of internship partner institutions. This checklist may serve as a reference document or an annex to internship agreements for all universities.
