關於系統於115年10月28日誤發「115年10月份薪資撥款通知」電子郵件一事，特此公告說明。

經查該通知係因系統誤發，並非實際薪資撥款之正式通知。

相關處理方式如下：
1. 請收到該電子郵件之同仁逕予忽略。
2. 無須針對該郵件內容進行相關查詢或作業。

本件屬系統誤發之行政異常，請各位同仁知悉。

Dear Colleagues,

Regarding the erroneous dispatch of the "October 2026 Salary Disbursement Notification" email on October 28, 2026, we hereby issue this official clarification.

Upon investigation, it has been determined that the notification was sent due to a system error and does not constitute an official notice of actual salary disbursement.

The corresponding procedures are as follows:
1. Colleagues who received the aforementioned email are requested to disregard it.
2. No further inquiries or actions are required regarding the content of that email.

Please be advised that this incident was an administrative anomaly caused by a system error.
