慈濟大學選舉委員會 公告

依據：慈濟大學學生會正副會長暨學生議員選舉罷免辦法第六條及第八條
凡本會會員得向選委會登記為學生會會長及學生議員候選人，其資格如下：
(一)德育成績（操行成績）須在七十五分以上。
(二)前一學期學業成績平均達 60 分（含）以上者。
(三)辦理選舉事務人員則不得申請登記為候選人。
(四)若候選人為應屆畢業生必須向選委會提出繼續修業證明。
(五)其身分為非五專部一年級新生及應屆畢業生。
候選人應由下列兩種方式之一，聯名登記產生：
(一)系學會遴選推薦：由系學會依公開、公平、公正之原則遴選推薦。
(二)連署推薦：由會員五十人以上連署推薦，且連署時依自由意志原則親自簽

**Announcement of the Election Committee, Tzu Chi University**

**Date of Issue:** October 27, 2026
**Legal Basis:** Articles 6 and 8 of the Regulations on the Election and Recall of the President, Vice President, and Student Representatives of the Tzu Chi University Student Association

All members of the Student Association are eligible to register as candidates for the President and Student Representatives of the Student Association, subject to the following qualifications:

(1) The candidate is conduct grade must be 75 points or above.
(2) The candidate is average academic grade for the previous semester must be 60 points or above (inclusive).
(3) Personnel involved in the administration of the election process are ineligible to register as candidates.
(4) Candidates who are graduating students must submit a Certificate of Continued Enrollment to the Election Committee.
(5) Eligible candidates must not be first-year students of the five-year junior college program or graduating students.

Candidates shall be nominated through one of the following two methods:

(1) Departmental Recommendation: Recommended by the respective Departmental Student Association based on the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality.
(2) Petition Recommendation: Recommended by a petition signed by at least 50 members, who must personally sign the petition in accordance with the principle of free will to assume responsibility (see Attachment 1).

**I. Registration Period:** From 8:00 AM on October 19, 2026, to 12:00 AM on October 30, 2026.

* **Candidate Registration:** From 8:00 AM on Monday, October 19, 2026, to 12:00 AM on Friday, October 30, 2026.
* **Qualification Review and Submission of Supplementary Documents:** November 2, 2026, to November 6, 2026.
* **Candidate Campaign Period:** From 8:00 AM on Monday, November 9, 2026, to 12:00 AM on Friday, November 13, 2026.
* **Voting Period:** From 8:00 AM on Monday, November 16, 2026, to 5:30 PM on Friday, November 20, 2026.
**Voting Method:** Online voting via the University Administrative System.
* **Counting of Votes:** 6:00 PM on Wednesday, November 18, 2026.
* **Announcement of Elected Representatives:** Monday, December 2, 2026.
