【校外職涯課程】擺渡人生設計股份有限公司辦理「『O*PASS』解測培訓班」課程

一、為因應大專校院職涯輔導人員培訓需求，擺渡人生設計辦理「『O*PASS』解測培訓班」，並申請勞動部勞動力發展署iCAP認證中，期望協助校內培訓種子職涯輔導師資，以提升學生職涯輔導之效能。
二、課程內容：
(一)工具應用：完整擺渡O*PASS求職競爭力量表解測技術，可聚焦學生求職準備情形，進行診斷與促進。
(二)課程效益：快速掌握學生求職準備狀態，制定對應的課程，提升學生求職力。
(三)專業認證：完成培訓後，即可成為專業的「『O*PASS』解測人員」。
三、課程資訊：
(一)課程培訓方式：實體授課（含理論學習、筆試與實務演練）
(二)課程時間：預計2026年12月06日（日）開課，為期三日，詳細授課日期，請參閱課程簡章。
(三)課程對象：大專院校職涯輔導老師與職員、大專院校系上導師及教職人員。
(四)課程費用：原價12,000元/人，推廣期間符合上述課程對象者全額免費。
(五)課程人數：以20人為上限，每單位最多錄取2位學員。
四、課程報名方式與時程說明：
(一)一律採取線上報名。
(二)報名日期：即日起至2026年11月11日（三）12:00止。
(三)錄取結果通知：2026年11月18日（三），以電子郵件通知，請報名者留意電子信箱。

I. To address the training needs of career guidance personnel in higher education institutions, O*PASS Life Design is organizing the "O*PASS Interpretation Training Course." The program is currently applying for iCAP certification from the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor. This initiative aims to support the development of seed career counselors within the university to enhance the effectiveness of student career guidance.

II. Course Content:
(1) Tool Application: Comprehensive training on the interpretation techniques of the O*PASS Job Search Competency Scale, focusing on the diagnosis and promotion of students' job search readiness.
(2) Course Benefits: Rapidly assess students' job search preparation status to design corresponding curricula and enhance students' employability.
(3) Professional Certification: Upon completion of the training, participants will be qualified as professional "O*PASS Interpreters."

III. Course Information:
(1) Training Method: In-person instruction (including theoretical learning, written examination, and practical exercises).
(2) Course Schedule: The course is scheduled to commence on December 6, 2026 (Sunday) for a duration of three days. Please refer to the course brochure for the detailed schedule.
(3) Target Audience: Career guidance counselors and staff of higher education institutions, as well as academic advisors and faculty members.
(4) Course Fee: The original price is NT$12,000 per person. During the promotional period, the fee is waived for those who meet the aforementioned target audience criteria.
(5) Enrollment Capacity: Limited to 20 participants, with a maximum of 2 participants admitted per department/unit.

IV. Registration Procedures and Timeline:

(2) Registration Period: From now until November 11, 2026 (Wednesday) at 12:00 PM.
(3) Notification of Admission: Results will be notified via email on November 18, 2026 (Wednesday). Applicants are advised to monitor their email inboxes.
