一、報名注意事項
報名開放時間：115 年 11 月 9 日(一)上午 8:00 起。
報名表單：https://forms.gle/3iZpVHP4sx3GQCQM9 (需登入學校帳號報名)
每位學生限報名一場活動，請依個人時間及興趣擇一報名，請勿重複報名。
各場次名額有限，依報名順序及實際名額安排錄取。
請確認活動日期、時間及地點後再行報名，錄取後請準時出席。
如有相關問題，請洽生活輔導組欣儀、課外活動指導組文雪。

二、活動場次選擇（限選一場）
第一場｜鹽可頌製作(名額20位)
日期： 11 月 20 日（五）
時間： 13:30–16:30（13:20 開放報到）
地點： 彩虹魚(自行前往花蓮縣花蓮市民權路163號2樓報到)
活動保證金：新臺幣 100 元
保證金繳交及退還規定：
報名成功並收到通知後，請至中央校區課外活動指導組文雪繳交活動保證金新臺幣 100 元。
完整參與本場活動者，於活動結束後退還保證金。
如未出席活動或活動中途離場，均不予退還保證金。

第二場｜精油噴霧 DIY (名額25位)
日期： 11 月 27 日（五）
時間： 15:30–17:30（15:20 開放報到）
地點： 中央校區第二教學研討室

第三場｜植物上板 DIY (名額30位)
日期： 12 月 4 日（五）
時間： 14:30–16:30（14:20 開放報到）
地點： 中央校區第二教學研討室

I. Registration Guidelines
Registration Period: Starting from 8:00 AM on Monday, November 9, 2026.
Each student is limited to one registration. Please select a session based on your personal schedule and interests; duplicate registrations are not permitted.
As capacity for each session is limited, admission will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please verify the date, time, and venue before registering. Participants are expected to attend punctually upon admission.
For inquiries, please contact Xin-Yi of the Student Guidance Section or Wen-Xue of the Extracurricular Activities Guidance Section.

II. Session Selection (Select one session only)
Session 1 | Salt Croissant Making (Capacity: 20)
Date: Friday, November 20
Time: 13:30–16:30 (Registration begins at 13:20)
Venue: Rainbow Fish (Please report to the 2nd Floor, No. 163, Minquan Rd., Hualien City, Hualien County)
Activity Deposit: NT$ 100
Deposit Payment and Refund Policy:
Upon successful registration and receipt of notification, please submit the NT$ 100 activity deposit to Wen-Xue at the Extracurricular Activities Guidance Section, Central Campus.
The deposit will be refunded to participants who complete the entire session.
The deposit will not be refunded in the event of non-attendance or early departure from the activity.

Session 2 | Essential Oil Spray DIY (Capacity: 25)
Date: Friday, November 27
Time: 15:30–17:30 (Registration begins at 15:20)

Session 3 | Plant Board DIY (Capacity: 30)
Date: Friday, December 4
