活動地點：交通部集思國際會議中心5樓集會堂（臺北市杭州南路一段24號）

參加對象：政府機關、國內外適應運動專家、相關領域從業人員、民間團體及有興趣之民眾（限額300名，若超過名額得篩選具相關專業背景或適應運動工作實務經驗者優先）。

Venue: Assembly Hall, 5th Floor, Jisi International Convention Center, Ministry of Transportation and Communications (No. 24, Section 1, Hangzhou South Road, Taipei City)

Target Audience: Government agencies, domestic and international experts in adaptive sports, practitioners in related fields, non-governmental organizations, and interested members of the public (limited to 300 participants; in the event of exceeding capacity, priority will be given to those with relevant professional backgrounds or practical experience in adaptive sports).
