為支援海外僑（華）校及華語文教學機構之師資需求，財團法人海華文教基金會公開招募具備華語教學專長、外語、文化技藝及教學熱忱之青年，提供專業進階培訓並媒合至海外進行短期華語教學志工服務，邀請您一同拓展國際視野、服務海外！
一、 招募對象與條件
 招募人數：預計錄取 25 名（採書面審查與面試甄選）。
 報名資格：
 國內各大專院校華語文相關系所、學程之在學學生或畢業生。
 具華語文師資培訓等相關課程結業之青年（優先媒合前往泰北／東南亞僑校）。
 國內各大專院校華語文相關系所／學程之在學僑外生（優先安排返僑居國教學實習）。
 基本能力要求：具服務熱忱、身心健康、良好外語能力、電腦教學應用、文化技藝能力、個性獨立有責任感，且能自理海外生活與教學需求。
二、 報名與甄選流程
 報名方式：請於 2026 年 12 月 2 日（三）17:00 前 完成線上表單填寫。
 面試通知：2026 年 12 月 7 日（一）以 Email 通告面試安排。*註：北部地區以外者可勾選採視訊面試。
 面試日期：
1. 2026 年 12 月 10 日（四）至 12 月 12 日（六）全天（09:30–12:00 / 13:30–17:00）
2. 2026 年 12 月 13 日（日）上午（09:30–12:00）
 錄取公告：2026 年 12 月 18 日（五）17:00 前於海華文教基金會官網公告並寄發通知。
 回覆確認：錄取者須於 2026 年 12 月 24 日（四）13:30 前 電子郵件回覆意願。
三、 培訓計畫（共 75 小時）
 培訓地點：海華文教基金會會議室（臺北市仁愛路二段 45 號 5 樓），如有異動將另行通知。
 各階段期程：
1. 第一階段｜專業進階培訓及多元選修（57 小時）
日期：2027 年 1 月 9-10 日、1 月 16-17 日、1 月 23-24 日、2 月 13-14 日、2 月 20-21 日（共 10 天，09:00–12:00 / 13:30–16:30）
2. 第二階段｜海外教學經驗傳承分享（7 小時）
觀課：2027 年 1 月（確切日期待定）
座談：2027 年 3 月 21 日（日）
3. 第三階段｜海外行前說明座談會（6 小時）
日期：2027 年 4 月 10 日（六）
4. 第四階段｜結業式暨教學心得分享會（5 小時）
日期：2027 年 10 月 16 日（六）10:00–15:00
四、 海外服務與媒合說明
 服務期間：2027 年暑期（6 月至 8 月底，服務約 2 至 10 週，依海外僑校需求而定）。
 媒合方式：完成培訓後，採志願選填與擇優考核媒合。錄取後若無法接受安排，不予退還保證金。
 福利與補助：
1. 培訓免費：僅需於 2027 年 1 月 9 日始業式繳交保證金 NT$8,000（完成服務、參與結業式並於 2027 年 9 月 15 日前繳交成果報告後全額核退）。
2. 定額機票補助：非洲及中南美洲 NT$30,000；東南亞地區 NT$10,000；其餘地區 NT$15,000（未達補助額度採核實支付）。
3. 海外食宿與保險：海外合作學校提供免費住宿及機場接送；服務期間本會提供 400 萬元旅行平安險。
4. 服務證書：完成全程培訓與海外教學服務者，核發證書。

To support the teaching staff requirements of overseas Chinese schools and Mandarin language teaching institutions, the Hai-Hua Chinese Education and Culture Foundation is now accepting applications for young individuals who possess expertise in Mandarin teaching, foreign language proficiency, cultural skills, and a passion for education. Selected candidates will receive professional advanced training and be matched for short-term Mandarin teaching volunteer service overseas. We invite you to expand your international horizons and serve overseas with us!

I. Recruitment Targets and Qualifications
� Recruitment Capacity: Approximately 25 candidates (selection via document review and interview).
� Eligibility:
� Current students or graduates of departments or programs related to Mandarin language teaching in domestic universities and colleges.
� Young individuals who have completed relevant courses such as Mandarin teacher training (priority given to those matched for teaching in Northern Thailand or Southeast Asia).
� Overseas Chinese students currently enrolled in departments or programs related to Mandarin language teaching in domestic universities and colleges (priority given to internships in their home countries).
� Basic Requirements: Passion for service, physical and mental health, proficiency in foreign languages, competence in computer-aided teaching, cultural and artistic skills, independence, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage overseas living and teaching requirements independently.

II. Application and Selection Process
� Application Method: Please complete the online application form by 17:00 on Wednesday, December 2, 2026.
� Interview Notification: Interview arrangements will be notified via email on Monday, December 7, 2026. *Note: Applicants residing outside of Northern Taiwan may request a video interview.
� Interview Dates:
1. Thursday, December 10 to Saturday, December 12, 2026 (Full day: 09:30–12:00 / 13:30–17:00)
2. Sunday, December 13, 2026 (Morning: 09:30–12:00)
� Admission Announcement: Results will be announced on the official website of the Hai-Hua Chinese Education and Culture Foundation and sent via notification by 17:00 on Friday, December 18, 2026.
� Confirmation of Acceptance: Selected candidates must confirm their intention via email by 13:30 on Thursday, December 24, 2026.

III. Training Program (Total 75 Hours)
� Training Venue: Conference Room of the Hai-Hua Chinese Education and Culture Foundation (5F, No. 45, Sec. 2, Ren'ai Rd., Taipei City). Any changes will be notified separately.
� Program Schedule:
1. Phase I | Professional Advanced Training and Diverse Electives (57 hours)
Dates: January 9-10, January 16-17, January 23-24, February 13-14, and February 20-21, 2027 (Total 10 days, 09:00–12:00 / 13:30–16:30)
2. Phase II | Sharing of Overseas Teaching Experiences (7 hours)
Class Observation: January 2027 (Exact date to be determined)
Symposium: Sunday, March 21, 2027
3. Phase III | Pre-departure Orientation (6 hours)
Date: Saturday, April 10, 2027
4. Phase IV | Completion Ceremony and Teaching Experience Sharing (5 hours)
Date: Saturday, October 16, 2027 (10:00–15:00)

IV. Overseas Service and Matching Details
� Service Period: Summer 2027 (June to the end of August; duration approximately 2 to 10 weeks, depending on the requirements of the overseas Chinese schools).
� Matching Process: Upon completion of training, matching will be conducted based on voluntary preferences and merit-based assessment. If a selected candidate is unable to accept the assigned placement, the security deposit will not be refunded.
