為增進志願服務業務承辦人與志工幹部之專業督導管理知能，提升志工團隊服務效益，特別舉辦為期兩天的志願服務督導訓練研習課程，歡迎符合資格之志工及夥伴踴躍報名參加！
一、 活動資訊
 辦理時間： 115 年 11 月 21 日（六）至 11 月 22 日（日） 09:00 - 16:40
 報到時間： 上午 09:00 - 09:15
 研習地點： 大里區大新活動中心一樓會議室（臺中市大里區新興路 99 巷 16 弄 56 號，大里國小對面巷內）
 活動費用： 全程免費
二、 參加對象（限額 40 名，額滿為止）
 服務滿 1 年以上持續參與服務，並完成基礎及特殊訓練領有結業證書之志工。
 領有志願服務紀錄冊，且有意願、曾擔任或現任志願服務運用單位業務承辦人、志工督導、志工隊長、副隊長及其他志工幹部者。
三、 課程內容（共 12 小時）邀請學者專家進行專業主題演講，課程包含：
 志工倫理的規範與技巧（2小時）
 志工督導的心理調適與衝突處理-談壓力管理妙方（2小時）
 志工督導角色與功能（2小時）
 志工團隊的運作與發展（2小時）
 志工團隊管理技巧（2小時）
 活動及服務方案設計（2小時）
四、 報名方式與專線
 報名日期：即日起至 115 年 11 月 16 日（一）止。
 報名線上管道：請至中華非營利組織發展協會官網 點選「活動專區」→「志工培訓專區」→「【志工督導訓練】115.11.21-22 志願服務督導訓練」進行報名。

五、 注意事項
 名額珍貴： 報名後若因故無法參加，請務必於活動前一週來電告知取消，以利釋出候補名額。
 通知寄發： 錄取名單與行前通知將於活動前三天以電子信箱或簡訊通知。
 出席規範： 學員請務必完成簽到與簽退（嚴禁代簽）。外出、遲到或早退逾 40 分鐘以上者，恕不發給結業證書。
 繳交照片： 請參訓學員隨身攜帶 2 吋相片 1 張（近期照為佳，背面請註明簽到編號及姓名），以供辦理結業證書使用。

To enhance the professional supervision and management capabilities of volunteer service coordinators and volunteer leaders, and to improve the overall effectiveness of volunteer service teams, a two-day Volunteer Supervision Training Workshop will be held. Eligible volunteers and partners are cordially invited to register and participate.

I. Event Information
� Date: November 21 (Saturday) to November 22 (Sunday), 2026, 09:00 - 16:40
� Registration: 09:00 - 09:15
� Venue: First Floor Conference Room, Daxin Community Center, Dali District (No. 56, Lane 16, Alley 99, Xinxing Road, Dali District, Taichung City; located in the alley opposite Dali Elementary School)
� Registration Fee: Free of charge

II. Eligibility (Limited to 40 participants; registration will close once the quota is reached)
� Volunteers who have consistently served for at least one year and have completed basic and specialized training and received certificates of completion.
� Individuals holding a volunteer service record book who are willing to serve, or who have served or are currently serving as volunteer service coordinators, volunteer supervisors, volunteer captains, vice-captains, or other volunteer leaders.

III. Curriculum (Total of 12 hours)
Professional scholars and experts will be invited to deliver lectures on the following topics:
� Standards and Techniques of Volunteer Ethics (2 hours)
� Psychological Adjustment and Conflict Resolution for Volunteer Supervisors: Strategies for Stress Management (2 hours)
� Roles and Functions of Volunteer Supervisors (2 hours)
� Operation and Development of Volunteer Teams (2 hours)
� Volunteer Team Management Techniques (2 hours)
� Design of Activities and Service Programs (2 hours)

IV. Registration and Inquiries
� Registration Period: From now until November 16 (Monday), 2026.

V. Important Notes
� Limited Availability: If you are unable to attend after registering, please notify us by telephone at least one week prior to the event to allow the vacancy to be filled by a candidate on the waiting list.
� Notification: The list of admitted participants and pre-event notices will be sent via email or SMS three days before the event.
� Attendance Policy: Participants must sign in and sign out (proxy signing is strictly prohibited). Certificates of completion will not be issued to those who are absent, late, or leave early by more than 40 minutes.
� Photo Submission: Participants are required to bring one 2-inch photograph (recent photo preferred, with the registration number and name written on the back) for the issuance of the certificate of completion.
