【公告】校務資訊系統暫時無法連線之出勤簽到退說明

各位同仁大家好：

　　今日（11月2日）上午校務資訊系統暫時無法連線，部分同仁可能無法完成線上簽到、簽退，
造成不便，敬請見諒。

一、出勤紀錄處理
今日上午因系統異常未能完成簽到、簽退者，人力資源處將統一排除該時段之出勤異常。

二、其他簽到退方式
除校務資訊系統外，同仁亦可使用「慈濟大學校園通 APP」進行日常簽到、簽退。該功能也可用
於校內各項活動的出席簽到，歡迎多加利用。

Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that the University Information System experienced temporary connectivity issues this morning (November 2). As a result, some staff members may have been unable to complete the online check-in and check-out procedures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I. Attendance Record Processing
For those who were unable to complete the check-in or check-out procedures this morning due to the system malfunction, the Human Resources Office will centrally rectify the attendance records to exclude the affected time period from the anomaly report.

II. Alternative Check-in and Check-out Methods
In addition to the University Information System, staff members may utilize the "Tzu Chi University Campus App" for daily check-in and check-out. This function is also available for recording attendance at various university events. We encourage you to make use of this feature.
