海洋委員會 - 為培育優秀海洋事務研究人才，本會即日起至115年11月30日止公開徵求116年度大專校院學生專題研究計畫，請惠予公告周知，並依限彙整申請資料函送本會，請查照。

請留意：
1.為落實公職人員利益衝突迴避法第14條規定，請貴校函送申請資料時，併同檢附學校版「未違反公職人員利益衝突迴避法切結書」1份及各提案學生版切結書各1份；如有依法應揭露公職人員或其關係人身分之情形，並應檢附相關案件之「公職人員及關係人身分關係揭露表（事前揭露）」。
2.請提案學生審慎評估於計畫執行年度內完成研究之可行性，應屆畢業者並應確認畢業後仍可持續執行計畫，再行提出申請。受補助學生如無正當理由無法執行研究計畫或自行申請終止研究計畫，依作業要點相關規定辦理。

Ocean Affairs Council

To cultivate outstanding research talent in marine affairs, the Ocean Affairs Council is now accepting applications for the 2027 Academic Year Student Research Projects for colleges and universities. The application period is open from now until November 30, 2026. We kindly request that you announce this opportunity to your students and submit the compiled application materials to the Council by the specified deadline.

***The deadline for submission to this university is November 23, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

Please note the following:

1. In compliance with Article 14 of the Act on Recusal of Public Servants Due to Conflicts of Interest, please include one copy of the university-version "Affidavit of Non-Violation of the Act on Recusal of Public Servants Due to Conflicts of Interest" and one copy of the affidavit for each participating student when submitting the application materials. If there are circumstances requiring the disclosure of the identity of a public servant or their related person under the law, the "Disclosure Form for the Identity of Public Servants and Related Persons (Prior Disclosure)" for the relevant case must also be attached.

2. Proposing students should carefully evaluate the feasibility of completing their research within the project execution year. Students who are expected to graduate should ensure that they can continue to execute the project after graduation before submitting their application. If a subsidized student is unable to execute the research project without a justifiable reason or voluntarily applies to terminate the research project, the case will be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Operating Guidelines.
