代公告—115年12月5日（星期六）舉辦「粄回一城」全國炒粄條創意競賽

一、為推廣客庄飲食文化、健康營養理念及創意料理實踐，本校透過教育部大學社會責任實踐（USR）計畫辦理旨揭競賽，以「客庄文化、健康營養、食藝美學」為核心，鼓勵大專校院學生結合在地食材、營養知識與創新烹調技術，展現客家粄條料理之多元創意，促進青年參與地方文化傳承及永續發展。
二、旨揭競賽相關資訊如下：
(一)活動日期：115年12月5日（星期六）上午9時至下午2時。
(二)活動地點：義守大學校本部（高雄市大樹區學城路一段1號）。
(三)參賽對象：全國大專校院在學學生，每隊1至3人。
(四)報名期間：即日起至115年11月19日（星期四）下午5時止。

(六)競賽方式：採書面審查及現場決賽兩階段辦理，書面審查擇優選出8組隊伍參加現場決賽。
(七)競賽獎勵：金粄獎新臺幣1萬元、銀粄獎新臺幣6,000元及銅粄獎新臺幣4,000元。

I. To promote Hakka culinary culture, healthy nutritional concepts, and the practice of creative cooking, this university is organizing the aforementioned competition under the Ministry of Education's University Social Responsibility (USR) program. Centered on the themes of "Hakka Culture, Healthy Nutrition, and Culinary Aesthetics," the competition encourages students from colleges and universities to integrate local ingredients, nutritional knowledge, and innovative cooking techniques. The goal is to showcase diverse creativity in Hakka Ban-Tiao (flat rice noodle) cuisine and encourage youth participation in local cultural heritage and sustainable development.

II. The details of the competition are as follows:

(1) Date and Time: Saturday, December 5, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
(2) Venue: I-Shou University Main Campus (No. 1, Xuecheng Road, Section 1, Dashu District, Kaohsiung City).
(3) Eligibility: Currently enrolled students from colleges and universities nationwide; teams of 1 to 3 members.
(4) Registration Period: From now until Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

(6) Competition Format: The competition will be conducted in two stages: a written review and an on-site final. Eight teams will be selected based on the written review to participate in the on-site final.
(7) Awards:
Gold Ban Award: NT$10,000
Silver Ban Award: NT$6,000
Bronze Ban Award: NT$4,000
