慈濟大學設立跨領域學程模組獎勵辦法，歡迎教師踴躍提出！

為鼓勵本校教師投入跨領域課程規劃與教學創新，促進不同學院、系所及專業領域間的交流合作，學校特訂定「慈濟大學設立跨領域學程模組獎勵辦法」，期望透過教師跨域共創，整合校內教學資源，發展具特色及實務應用價值之跨領域學程模組。
本辦法鼓勵教師跨領域組成教學團隊，結合不同專業背景與教學專長，共同規劃跨領域專長模組課程，打造更多元、彈性且符合學生未來發展需求的學習路徑。

誠摯邀請本校各院系所教師踴躍參與，攜手發揮跨域教學能量，共同打造慈大跨領域學習特色！
一、獎勵對象：本校不同學院、系所、學位學程或中心之教師組成跨領域教學團隊。
二、獎勵方式：符合獎勵辦法規定之跨領域教學團隊，每組核給新臺幣20,000元獎勵金，
最高可申請40,000元獎勵金。
三、申請方式：請依「 慈濟大學設立跨領域學程模組獎勵辦法 」相關規定提出申請。

To encourage faculty members to engage in interdisciplinary curriculum planning and pedagogical innovation, and to promote collaboration across various colleges, departments, and professional fields, the University has established the "Regulations for the Establishment of Interdisciplinary Program Modules at Tzu Chi University." Through the collaborative efforts of faculty members across disciplines, the University aims to integrate internal teaching resources and develop interdisciplinary program modules characterized by distinct features and practical application value.

These regulations encourage faculty members to form interdisciplinary teaching teams, combining diverse professional backgrounds and pedagogical expertise to jointly design interdisciplinary specialized modules. This initiative seeks to create more diverse, flexible learning pathways that align with the future developmental needs of students.

We sincerely invite faculty members from all colleges and departments to participate enthusiastically, leveraging interdisciplinary teaching synergy to collectively shape the unique interdisciplinary learning identity of Tzu Chi University.

I. Eligibility: Interdisciplinary teaching teams composed of faculty members from different colleges, departments, degree programs, or centers within the University.

II. Incentive Scheme: Interdisciplinary teaching teams that comply with the specified regulations shall be awarded a grant of NT$20,000 per group, with a maximum total grant of NT$40,000.

III. Application Procedure: Please submit applications in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations for the Establishment of Interdisciplinary Program Modules at Tzu Chi University."
