【校外職涯課程】中國文化大學辦理勞動部「產業新尖兵計畫」雲端資安工程師養成班第5梯次招生

一、隨著AI及數位科技快速發展，企業對人才的需求已不再侷限於單一技術，而是更加重視專業能力與跨領域整合。本校辦理之產業新尖兵計畫，透過530小時系統化實務訓練，協助青年從基礎逐步建立專業能力；即使非資訊相關科系，也能透過完整培訓，為自己的職涯多一種選擇。
二、本次重點招生課程為雲端資安工程師養成班（第5梯次），以就業為導向養成及攻防技術實戰培訓為主軸，課程結合Linux系統管理、網路與雲端技術、Docker、GCP，以及ELK、Splunk等資安監控工具，帶領學員認識企業系統環境、雲端部署與維運，並學習辨識異常、分析威脅及建立資訊安全防護觀念。
三、本梯次於115年12月8日開訓，招生補助名額28名，報名截止日期為115年12月3日。
四、參訓資格為年滿15至29歲之本國籍失業或待業青年（不含日間部在學學生），並須符合本計畫其他參訓資格規定。課程於本校推廣教育部建國本部實體授課，地址為臺北市大安區建國南路二段231號。
五、符合計畫資格者，訓練費用最高補助新臺幣10萬元。學員須先繳交自付額新臺幣1萬元，於結訓取得結訓證書，並符合就業保險及相關申請期限等規定後，得依規定申請自付額補助。
六、檢附本校產業新尖兵計畫系列課程總覽文宣1份，供貴單位參考及轉知。文宣另列本校其他2門產業新尖兵計畫系列課程資訊，惟本次發文主要推廣雲端資安工程師養成班(第5梯次)，敬請協助優先轉知有意投入雲端、網路及資訊安全領域之青年。

I. With the rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence and digital technology, corporate demand for talent has shifted beyond single technical skills toward a greater emphasis on professional competence and cross-disciplinary integration. The "Industry New Vanguard Program" organized by this University provides 530 hours of systematic practical training to assist young professionals in building professional capabilities from the ground up. Even those from non-IT-related academic backgrounds can expand their career options through this comprehensive training program.

II. The primary focus of this recruitment cycle is the "Cloud Cybersecurity Engineer Training Program (Batch 5)." Oriented toward employment, the curriculum centers on practical training in offensive and defensive techniques. The course integrates Linux system administration, network and cloud technologies, Docker, and GCP, alongside cybersecurity monitoring tools such as ELK and Splunk. This program guides participants in understanding corporate system environments, cloud deployment, and operations, while teaching them to identify anomalies, analyze threats, and establish information security defense concepts.

III. This batch is scheduled to commence on December 8, 2026. There are 28 subsidized enrollment slots available, and the application deadline is December 3, 2026.

IV. Eligible participants must be unemployed or seeking employment, aged between 15 and 29, and hold national citizenship (excluding students currently enrolled in full-time daytime programs), while meeting all other eligibility requirements of this program. The course will be conducted in person at the National University of Taiwan, Ministry of Education, Jianguo Headquarters, located at No. 231, Section 2, Jianguo South Road, Da ian District, Taipei City.

V. Eligible participants may receive a training subsidy of up to NT$100,000. Students are required to pay an initial out-of-pocket fee of NT$10,000. Upon completion of the course, receipt of the certificate, and fulfillment of requirements regarding employment insurance and relevant application deadlines, students may apply for a reimbursement of the out-of-pocket fee in accordance with regulations.
