說明：
1.美方因故未能如期公告，本會配合美方時程，延長構想書之受理截止日期至115年11月18日。
2.申請人請循國科會「專題研究計畫/(構想書計畫類別)臺美奈米材料基礎科學研發共同合作研究計畫構想書」線上申請方式作業，線上繳交送出即可，不須經由申請機構造具名冊及線上送出。

The application deadline for the 2027 Taiwan-U.S. Joint Research Program on Basic Science of Nanomaterials has been extended to November 18, 2026. Please be informed accordingly.

Notes:
1. Due to unforeseen circumstances on the U.S. side, the official announcement was delayed. To align with the U.S. timeline, the NSTC has extended the deadline for the submission of research proposals to November 18, 2026.
2. Applicants are requested to follow the online application procedure for the "NSTC General Research Program / (Proposal Category) Taiwan-U.S. Joint Research Program on Basic Science of Nanomaterials." Proposals should be submitted directly through the online system; there is no requirement for the host institution to submit a formal list of applicants or process the application through the institutional portal.
