說明：
一、為使資源發揮跨域綜效，本學門特與內政部國土測繪中心(下稱中心)及農業部林業及自然保育署航測及遙測分署(下稱分署)推動合作議題。116年度重點科學議題如次：
(一)時空大數據與地理人工智慧(GEO-AI)
(二)跨域空間資料共享與協作
(三)新世代感測技術之觀測資料融合與增能技術(含分署合作議題)
(四)國土空間測繪資料前瞻處理與應用(含中心合作議題)

二、計畫申請人仍可如往年大批專題計畫，就感興趣之課題提出自由創新之科學探索計畫，不限於本主題式重點科學議題。

Subject: Guidelines for the 2027 Thematic Research Grants in Spatial Information Technology

The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) hereby provides the guidelines for the 2027 Thematic Research Grants in the field of Spatial Information Technology for your reference and action.

Details:

I. To maximize cross-disciplinary synergies, this field has established collaborative research initiatives with the National Land Surveying and Mapping Center (NLMC) of the Ministry of the Interior and the Aerial Survey and Remote Sensing Division of the Forestry and Natural Conservation Agency of the Ministry of Agriculture. The key scientific research topics for the 2027 academic year are as follows:

(1) Spatiotemporal Big Data and Geo-Artificial Intelligence (GEO-AI)
(2) Cross-disciplinary Spatial Data Sharing and Collaboration
(3) Observation Data Fusion and Enhancement Technologies for Next-Generation Sensing (including collaborative topics with the Aerial Survey and Remote Sensing Division)
(4) Advanced Processing and Application of National Land Spatial Surveying Data (including collaborative topics with the National Land Surveying and Mapping Center)

II. Applicants may still submit proposals for independent, innovative scientific exploration projects based on their research interests, similar to the previous years' large-scale thematic projects. These proposals are not restricted to the aforementioned thematic research topics.
