【 11月份臨場健康服務，於介仁校區辦理】!! 由醫師提供一對一免費健康諮詢，歡迎同仁多加利用！

一、為使校內教職員工之保障工作者安全與健康，依據「勞工健康保護規則」第3條規定事業單位之同一工作場所，勞工總人數在三百人以上者，應僱用從事勞工健康服務之醫師及勞工健康服務之護理人員，辦理臨場健康服務。
二、本校醫師駐診服務頻率：每1-2個月一次
三、諮詢時間：每人每次15分鐘。
四、為尊重同仁個人隱私，本項服務採[預約制]，將安排一對一健康諮詢。
五、提供有輪班、夜間工作或長時間工作等異常工作負荷情形之同仁，或是同仁有健康諮詢需求。
六、若有健康檢查報告或其他檢查結果相關疑問，當天請攜帶來諮詢。
七、諮詢服務醫師、時間及內容如下：
1.醫師：劉鴻文醫師
2.日期：115年11月18日（星期三）14：00~17：00
3.地點：介仁校區 – 圖書館3F 討論室
4.對象：本校教職員工
5.內容：健康報告解釋、就醫科別建議、個人疾病諮詢及慢性病衛教、職業傷病診療與防治、工作場所環境改善及防護具選擇與建議、職場傷病復工及配工、職業性壓力及過勞等工作相關之傷害與疾病。
6.備註 : 請當日記得攜帶證件以便進入。

1. To ensure the safety and health of faculty and staff, and in accordance with Article 3 of the "Labor Health Protection Rules," which stipulates that business entities with a total workforce of 300 or more employees at the same workplace must employ physicians and nursing personnel specializing in occupational health services to provide on-site health services.

2. Frequency of Physician On-site Services: Once every 1 to 2 months.

3. Consultation Duration: 15 minutes per person per session.

4. To respect the privacy of all employees, this service is conducted on an [Appointment-Only] basis, with one-on-one health consultations arranged.

5. This service is available to employees experiencing abnormal workloads, such as shift work, night shifts, or extended working hours, as well as those with general health consultation needs.

6. If you have inquiries regarding health examination reports or other medical results, please bring them with you on the day of the consultation.

7. Details of the consultation service, including the physician, schedule, and scope of services, are as follows:

3. Location: Jieren Campus – Library 3F, Discussion Room
4. Target Audience: Faculty and staff of the University
5. Scope of Services: Interpretation of health reports, recommendations for medical departments, personal disease consultation and chronic disease education, diagnosis and prevention of occupational injuries and diseases, workplace environment improvement and recommendations for personal protective equipment (PPE), return-to-work and job placement for occupational injuries, and injuries or diseases related to work, such as occupational stress and burnout.
6. Remarks: Please remember to bring your identification for entry on the day of the appointment.
