配合「職場不法侵害預防計畫」辦理，透過講座，請專業律師蒞校 開講。用最生活化的法律語言、最真實的案例，教導同仁如何在日常教學與行政工作中，正確認識職場不法侵害之定義、建立行為邊界、提升自我防護與自保求助能力，並熟練運用校內申訴管道，藉此協助同仁建立正確的職場法治觀念，從源頭降低，提升校內危機應變與自我健康管理之能力。

In accordance with the "Workplace Harassment and Misconduct Prevention Program," we are pleased to invite a professional attorney to campus to conduct a seminar. Utilizing accessible legal language and real-world case studies, this session aims to guide faculty and staff in accurately identifying the definitions of workplace misconduct within daily teaching and administrative duties. Participants will learn to establish behavioral boundaries, enhance self-protection and assistance-seeking capabilities, and become proficient in utilizing the university's grievance channels. This initiative is designed to help colleagues cultivate correct legal perspectives in the workplace, thereby reducing risks at the source and improving the university's crisis response and individual health management capabilities.
