財團法人蘇天財文教基金2026年度「花東地區弱勢學生運動員補助申請」

一、針對花東地區弱勢學生運動員予以補助，期望透過輔助資源的挹注，為弱勢學生運動員提供更有利的發展機會。
二、甄選對象：花蓮、臺東地區就讀國小、國中、高中職、大專校院或研究所之在學學生，且為學校運動代表隊之成員者皆可申請，另具中低與低收入戶資格者優先補助。
三、補助項目：日常訓練所需、傷後就醫與復健支持等。
四、審查方式：採隨到隨審，由國立東華大學體育與運動科學系受理與審查，全年度皆可申請，至年度預算用罄為止。

I. This subsidy program is designed to support underprivileged student-athletes from the Hualien and Taitung regions, aiming to provide enhanced development opportunities through the provision of essential resources.

II. Eligibility: Applications are open to currently enrolled students from elementary, junior high, senior high, vocational high schools, colleges, or graduate schools located in Hualien and Taitung, provided they are members of their respective school's athletic team. Priority will be given to applicants who qualify as low-income or middle-to-low-income households.

III. Subsidy Coverage: The funds may be utilized for daily training requirements, medical expenses following injuries, and rehabilitation support.

IV. Review Process: Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis by the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at National Dong Hwa University. Applications are accepted throughout the year until the annual budget is exhausted.
