各位師生同仁 您好：
115年11月13日(五)配合建國及介仁校區餐廳消毒作業，將變更以下訂餐資訊，請各位師生留意：
一、供餐時間與安排
• 供餐期間：11月13日(五)至11月15日(日)「三餐」。
• 線上訂餐/取消模式：僅上班日提供線上服務，假期及假日（週六、日）期間不提供線上服務。
• 領餐時段：
o 早餐：08:00 ~ 10:00
o 午餐：11:00 ~ 13:00
o 晚餐：16:30 ~ 18:30

二、取餐地點
• 介仁校區：合心樓警衛室旁。
• 建國校區：第一警衛室旁。

三、訂餐與扣款規範
• 預訂時限：請於用餐前一日14:00前完成線上訂餐或取消，逾時系統將關閉；若不需要用餐，請務必線上提前取消訂單。
• 扣款說明：訂餐完成後系統將自動扣款，請務必確認您的電子錢包餘額是否充足。
• 未領處理：逾時未領取之餐點將視同放棄，由工作人員逕行處理，恕不退費。

四、領餐注意事項
• 領取餐點時，請先核對名單確認無誤後再行領取，以免誤拿他人餐點。

Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,

Please be advised that due to the scheduled disinfection of the dining facilities at the Jianguo and Jieren campuses on Friday, November 13, 2026, the meal ordering and collection arrangements will be adjusted as follows:

I. Meal Service Schedule and Arrangements
‧ Service Period: Three meals per day from Friday, November 13, to Sunday, November 15.
‧ Online Ordering/Cancellation: Online services will be available only on business days. Online services will be suspended during holidays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
‧ Collection Hours:
o Breakfast: 08:00 – 10:00
o Lunch: 11:00 – 13:00
o Dinner: 16:30 – 18:30

II. Collection Locations
‧ Jieren Campus: Adjacent to the Security Office of He-Xin Building.
‧ Jianguo Campus: Adjacent to Security Guard Station 1.

III. Ordering and Payment Regulations
‧ Ordering Deadline: Please complete online orders or cancellations by 14:00 on the day prior to the meal. The system will close after this deadline. If you do not require a meal, please ensure that you cancel your order online in advance.
‧ Payment Process: The system will automatically deduct the meal fee upon completion of the order. Please ensure that your electronic wallet has a sufficient balance.
‧ Unclaimed Meals: Meals not collected within the designated hours will be considered forfeited and disposed of by staff. No refunds will be provided for unclaimed meals.

IV. Collection Precautions
‧ When collecting your meal, please verify your name on the list before proceeding to ensure that you do not inadvertently take another person's meal.
