代公告~服務業AI創新應用實戰人才培育班

一、本校承辦經濟部商業發展署115至116年度「強化服務業人才韌性計畫」青年AI實戰養成班，開設「服務業AI創新應用實戰人才培育班」，以18至35歲失業或待業青年為培訓對象，透過AI專業課程及企業實務專題訓練，培養青年AI應用與實作能力，提升就業競爭力。
二、本培訓課程由政府補助學費，錄訓學員除免負擔訓練費用外，於參訓期間免費提供午餐；結訓後並提供就業輔導及媒合服務，符合相關規定及資格者，最高可申領新臺幣5萬元學習獎勵金。
三、116年度共規劃辦理二梯次，每梯次招收33名學員，合計招生66名，訓練期間如下：
(一)服務業AI創新應用實戰人才培育班（第1梯次）：116年1月13日至116年3月18日。
(二)服務業AI創新應用實戰人才培育班（第2梯次）：116年1月25日至116年3月30日。

I. Tzu Chi University is organizing the "Service Industry AI Innovative Application Practical Talent Cultivation Program" as part of the "Youth AI Practical Training Program" for the 2026-2027 fiscal year, sponsored by the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs. Targeting unemployed or underemployed youth aged 18 to 35, this program aims to enhance participants' AI application and implementation skills through professional AI curricula and corporate practical project training, thereby improving their competitiveness in the job market.

II. Tuition fees for this training program are fully subsidized by the government. In addition to the waiver of training costs, enrolled participants will be provided with complimentary lunches during the training period. Upon completion of the program, employment counseling and job matching services will be provided. Eligible participants who meet the relevant requirements and qualifications may apply for a learning incentive of up to NT$50,000.

III. For the 2027 fiscal year, two cohorts are planned, with 33 students recruited per cohort for a total of 66 students. The training schedules are as follows:
(1) Service Industry AI Innovative Application Practical Talent Cultivation Program (Cohort 1): January 13, 2027, to March 18, 2027.
(2) Service Industry AI Innovative Application Practical Talent Cultivation Program (Cohort 2): January 25, 2027, to March 30, 2027.
