1.以上各項國科會計畫，本校收件截止日期為115.12.30(三)17:00止，請於校內截止日前完成線上系統繳交送出，為避免網路雍塞，請申請教師務必提早作業。（如需退件修改資料亦請於校內期限內修改完成送出）

2.請申請教師詳閱各項徵求計畫之要點等，並請務必先行至國科會系統更新個人資料表(單位/職稱等)再進行作業，國科會系統更新個人資料路徑，請參見連結：https://info.tcu.edu.tw/hot_news/news_2.asp?id=1131223014

3. 學術倫理教育課程相關規定
▲依國科會專題研究計畫作業要點規範，首次申請計畫之計畫主持人及申請書內所列首次執行本部計畫之參與研究人員應於申請機構函送本部申請研究計畫之日前三年內，完成至少六小時之學術倫理教育課程訓練並檢附相關證明文件送申請機構備查。
▲依據《慈濟大學教學及研究人員學術倫理教育實施要點》，本校教師應於申請研究計畫時檢附前三年內至少六小時學術倫理教育課程研習證明。請教師依公告規定完成學術倫理繼續教育課程，並上傳相關證明文件至「教師學術暨實務申報系統」，上傳及查詢路徑詳請參閱附件。
注意事項如下：
(一)配合國科會推動參與計畫博士生費用增核措施，倘有約用博士生兼任人員需求，請併同增編費用，俾利審查後一併核給。
(二)為落實學術倫理，申請書內容若涉及計畫主持人所指導學生之學位論文，應於計畫申請書中清楚揭露或引註。計畫主持人應於計畫申請書中適當揭露已完成的工作項目，並不應將申請時已發表（含學生學位論文）之成果，隱匿為其申請計畫之研究內容。

Important Notes – Please Read Carefully

The university is internal submission deadline for all of the above NSTC research projects is December 30, 2026 (Wednesday), at 5:00 p.m.

Applicants must complete and submit their applications through the online system before the university is internal deadline. To avoid network congestion, faculty members are strongly encouraged to submit their applications well in advance.

If an application is returned for revision, all corrections and resubmissions must also be completed before the university is internal deadline.
