代公告—Girls for Futures 女孩，讓未來發生」青年培力工作坊

一、為培力青年參與性別平等及國際公共事務，增進對國際性別議題趨勢之理解，並協助青年探索國際參與途徑、培養議題分析與行動規劃能力，本會謹訂於11月14日至11月15日辦理「Girls for Futures 女孩，讓未來發生」青年培力工作坊，敬邀貴單位協助轉知並鼓勵所屬青年踴躍報名參加。
二、旨揭工作坊以認識國際性別議題趨勢、連結在地與國際參與及設計願景為主軸，透過專題分享、實務座談及互動工作坊，邀請專家學者與各領域實務工作者，帶領青年從日常經驗出發，透過議題辨識、觀點交流及未來思考，培養議題分析、願景設計與行動規劃能力，促進青年投入性別平等及公共事務。

I. To empower youth to participate in gender equality and international public affairs, enhance their understanding of global gender issue trends, and assist them in exploring pathways for international engagement while cultivating their abilities in issue analysis and action planning, the Association has scheduled the "Girls for Futures" Youth Empowerment Workshop to be held from November 14 to November 15. We kindly request your assistance in disseminating this information and encouraging the youth under your supervision to apply.

II. The workshop focuses on recognizing international gender issue trends, connecting local and international participation, and designing visions. Through thematic sharing, practical symposiums, and interactive workshops, experts, scholars, and practitioners from various fields will guide participants to start from their daily experiences. By engaging in issue identification, perspective exchange, and future-oriented thinking, the workshop aims to cultivate abilities in issue analysis, vision design, and action planning, thereby promoting youth involvement in gender equality and public affairs.
