一、依據事實查核基金會115年11月3日台灣事查字第11511030001號辦理。
二、為透過延伸教材、遊戲化教學，提高學生對於媒體素養之興趣，事實查核基金會預計於115年12月5日、12月12日辦理「2026第六屆青年查證挑戰賽」。

1. This initiative is conducted in accordance with the Fact-Checking Foundation's official document No. TFC-11511030001, dated November 3, 2026.

2. To enhance students' interest in media literacy through extended teaching materials and gamified learning, the Fact-Checking Foundation will host the "2026 6th Youth Fact-Checking Challenge" on December 5 and December 12, 2026.
